I am Ivan Koroteev, a Russian entrepreneur with three generations of builders behind me and Chinese ancestry through my great-grandfather Wang Fusheng (王福生). I connect project owners, private capital, contractors and strategic partners around large real-estate, land and technology-driven projects.

01 · Roots
My background is personal as well as professional. Construction, engineering and China are part of my family history, not a marketing theme created for one forum.
His family name Wang (王) remains an important part of my family story. Today I see Russia–China cooperation not as an abstract geopolitical topic, but as a practical bridge between people, engineering traditions and real projects.
Worked as a construction foreman and took part in major Moscow construction, including early panel housing, the Bolshoy Kamenny Bridge and Moscow State University.
Mining University graduate; worked with underground utility infrastructure and complex urban engineering.
Bauman engineering school, IT and AI background, development projects and investment brokerage. I work where engineering logic meets business and capital.
02 · Project scale
I am most useful when a project is too large for a simple sales approach: land, development, hospitality, infrastructure, construction partners and investment logic need to be connected into one conversation.
A major high-rise development in Chita. Zabaykalsky Krai directly borders China, making the project especially relevant for discussions with Chinese capital, EPC/general contractors, engineering companies, construction technology suppliers and strategic partners.

The SPROUTS forum is built around direct B2B meetings. My goal is to leave Kazan with a small number of serious conversations that can become projects.
